Teacher's Day!

met up with prawny to head down back to school to collect Bethany's testimonial from the office and to see if anyone from our batch came back. and also, to see the newly upgraded queenstown.

I guess we were too early, the celebrations were still ongoing when we arrived. And very few people from our '07 batch came. Felicia, Howe Yong, Guorong ,Zacharie & Shao siong. Didn't get to see Keane who was there since 8am!

and i met with some of the '08 batch too. Bee Hong, Wanyi, Lay Fang and all. and of course, Stacey whom i haven't met in a long long time! Pearlyn & Shu Qi were there too!

We didn't stay long this time since not much people from our batch came :(
didn't get to say hi to my juniors too! Syahidah, Nicole Tee, Vijay, Vincent..

and the school buiding changed a lot! take a look at the parade square now. i guess it's not to be called parade square anymore. the multi purpose sports hall is about 3 levels high and the hall seems to be bigger. and and, the staff room for the teacher's. SO UGLY! no more chairs and tables to hang around.

THE COOKIE TIME! i heard from Hoileng that the prefect doing/anouncing the cookie time now do it without passion. In other words, boring. Monotonous voice, no creativity or new catchy lines!

How sad! It used to be so anticipated and looked forward to during morning assemblies!

we were reliving the old secondary school days where we usually hang out apart from tiong bahru. had my island creamery! Loooooooooovely cookies & cream of theirs ok!

Gabriel came down with his pictionary and hung out in macs till Kaiying came and we played pictionary. So noisy there! HAHA! Prawny have to leave for The Proposal. Sweet movie! I'd rate 3/5.

met up with kaiying at cine to catch final destination. Woah, good thing we did not watch 3D or else we'll be screaming our heads off in the cinema. I'd rate it 3/5. The story plot is not bad and but it got stupid in the end cos we didnt understand why they all died.

we wanted and had actually booked at old school's timbre. so we wanna check out the place first. We walked up the 100 flight of stairs till were sweating and panting! the place too hot, so we headed down to.... My secret garden!

EXAMS ARE OVER!

Can't say that i have been motivated to focus and study for the exams. but i'm satisfied with the papers so far. EXCEPT for the last paper though. Oh wells!

Now can relax and my conscience won't be bugging me anymore. i'm still reluctant whether i should change my blog skin. i love this skin/layout. but kinda getting sick of it. I have my eye on one though. hmmmmm.

Maybe i'll type on and blog of the past two weeks another time. Especially with last night's drama. Till then! but before that,

i had been planning to blog since last week, till as of today. notice the words "had been", i did not put the words into action yet. haha! and now i am contemplating whether to put my blog on hiatus for the upcoming exams. after all, the pressure is now on.

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY OLIVIA!!

Sunday evening, i was unhappy with sister for not helping out with the dishes after dinner. No time know, still have to study for the upcoming test. Reprimanded her and did not talk to her then.

I was in my room studying till the door opened to which i thought was my father checking up on me. In came my sister, with a mug in hand and noticeable note in its ear. I thought she was gonna join me in the room to study. But she left soon after leaving the mug on the table next to me.

Guess what?

It was a mug of a rather gross looking green tea which looked really cloudy and a very sweet note of apology.

HOW SWEEEEEEEEEEEET.

she even wished me the best for my exams!

now i feel like i've been such a brat for an elder sister!

you know, to appease me, she made me my favourite- a mug of hot green tea. but a cloudy one.

i had just spent time re-reading through my archives, especially last year's. Woah, last year was more happening. I realised i have been a good girl this year. Well, except for my lateness. Still the same, bad habits never changed =/

Oh, as i was saying i guess it's usually this time of the year. Why? After re-reading last year's archives, about the same month too i was all moody.I even opened up a private blog last year! My brother said it's PMS. Hah, i've gotta say sorry to him for being mean to him.

i feel bothered.

i've had a long day today. i think i went around the West area today.

Thank God and for my randomness, everything actually fell into place when everything was so unplanned for. and thanks to my legs too for bringing me to places i never planned to.

and i went to see a doctor today.
you see, i had experiencing a sharp pain in my abdominal area which was somewhat similar pain when i had my Hepatitis A. So i thought, why not just check it out?

Haha, doctor actually advised me to consult a gynae. i might have what he suspects. hopefully not lah. but the pain is occuring more often now =/

After a week of success of going to bed early and rising early,of some real studying and arriving on time for lessons, i became complacent.

and now, it's back to square one.

brain cells get killed with the inadequate hours of sleep, money depleted cos of taxis and more late attendance for classes.

i gotta get hold of my emotions.
every night, i get all emo then procrastinate and in the end, i did not get some studying done as i had planned to. and stay up all night, just the music and i.

i wish i could stop feeling this way and make myself feel better somehow.

i was still planning to do another post, but the clock is ticking away to another day.

My bad, it's either i mass update, or update for one day and then don't come back to update till don'tknowwhen.

and i feel bad for not blogging about my 20th Birthday this year, Dad's Birthday, Trip to Philippines last January and maybe Outings with friends. I haven't really thank people yet for my this year's birthday, Especially my this year's class NR0913, and to some really cool people. If i haven't pushed myself to blog after being hospitalised, i would not have been able to give a proper thank you.

so maybe i would do another mass update and update on random happenings which i have not posted before.

and i almost forgot!
it was Nurses Day yesterday.

it was nice receiving greetings from people, thank you!
years ago, i could not see myself as a nurse. and here i am! standing tall and proud that i did not ever regret the switch to Nursing!

and my my, the school is full of people with passion. The lecturers and all are always talking about their passion. Kinda, makes me go whoa.
