Of the ordinary & the extraordinary.

In 2009,

• It was Grandma Selfa's funeral and we had a family reunion with the Baltazar's. Met my cousins after godzilla years. It was unexpectedly fun :D

• Spent an awesome two weeks in the Philippines and missed A-Team's Installation.

• Came back to Singapore with parents still in the Philippines.

• Started off the year boringly and lazily for the first two months.

• Aunt Janet left for Canada.
  

• I started work at CLS and met really cool people there!

• I spent two weeks in hospital for Hepatitis A. and i lost 5kg after being hospitalised. Alane's father said i should get sick every month so can lose weight. HAHAHA!
  

• I celebrated my birthday for a week this year, got surprised birthday cake from my new classmates and got the same cake from last year's birthday surprise and still i found it a boring birthday.

• I missed this year's Ben & Jerry's Day!!!!

• My favourite aunt, Aunt Marife, left for good for the Philippines :(
  

• I went crazily gaga over Boys over flowers and Lee Min Ho and now i could not care less.

• H1N1 was epidemic and hit Singapore too. Making us NYP people go trough the scanners every morning, everyday.
  

• Michael Jackson died. And i ended up watching his music videos and started crying when Paris, his daughter spoke for her love for her dad.
  

• I had my first ever clinical attachment!

• I attended Genesis' debut, and the first ever debut that i had ever attended!

• My first time being an Over-all In Charge of an event. External event some more.

• In which the event was, Child's Play 2009!

• I had started off the year lazily and had experienced being very very busy.

• So many stars had passed away this year.

• I am more introvert this year, and getting lazy to meet friends.

• I think i am more sensitive this year.

• Still very much a procrastinator.

• I still mourn for the loss of a friend.

• I have not been using my camera which was my birthday present last year because i'm too lazy to upload, and tag people.
  

• I don't watch tv anymore.

• Slowly, slowly sadly straying away from God.

• Church Anniversary was not as grand.

• Church's Christmas was traditionally fun, but something is still missing.

There! That's the eetsy weeny bits of "highlights" of my 2009. It's been a crazy year, started off boring and lazily. I thought time was on a standstill and wished to be busy. I complained, and i got very busy that i could ask for. Hah!

A year would not be complete too with the usual ups and downs, i had been very happy, enjoyed myself laughing till i cried and of course, cried so much too.

But i think i enjoyed myself most when we were in the Philippines last January this year. It was very rushed, two weeks in Philippines and we slept in different houses almost every day.

and of course, in 2009. I had met very very awesome people! My new classmates, my gang, my buddy group people, CLS people and i wonder who else.


Time flies so fast, the year flew by so fast that i did not notice that it's going to be another new year. Thank God for giving my family, my friends and i another new year ahead to look forward to and to strive harder for.
