oh, oh

had to wake up early on a saturday morning, ah! i just remembered that today's the interpoly debates. i had forgotten that i was rather excited on who'll be walking away as champions this year. and oh man, tummy aches early in the morning made me late. so i rushed to school, sweating like mad.

so the semi finals went smoothly..

the semi finals went smoothly.. UNTIL THE FINALS! wth, i screwed up as the host. it's been a while since i went up on stage and be host. i was feeling jittery. then i had everything on my script.. EXCEPT for the motion! gosh, i was reading out from the script nicely till i read out "and the motion for today is..." and i went blank cause the paper was blank. so i looked to my elft at the backstage people, to the audience and to my paper. so dumb la, good thing one of the debaters from TP helped me out and said out the motions on my behalf. heehee.

i'm sure our teams did their best, could see the effort they have put in. but it's sad as well, after these months, doing the inter school and now the inter poly, the event is over. won't have to work with the nyaa people and the watch the debates again.
